At Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences (WCGS), the Career Services office provides comprehensive, personalized support to help students navigate their professional journeys with confidence. Through a combination of individualized coaching, targeted workshops, and special events, we empower students to explore diverse career paths and build the skills they need to succeed.

Our work is highly collaborative. We partner closely with faculty, administrators, and student organizations, as well as with strategic allies at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Rockefeller University, to ensure our offerings reflect the evolving needs of our student body.

We also foster strong relationships with relevant employers and professional communities to broaden industry exposure, enhance real-world readiness, and champion the exceptional talent of WCGS students as they enter the workforce—whether in academia, industry, or beyond.

… I also wanted to say thank you for all that you do and have done for me and others! Throughout my years in GSEC and as well as talking to younger and prospective students, a major point of pride I took in being a Weill student was the fact that we have you and your support in professional development. I still have all the handouts from you and your sessions saved to my desktop in my job app folder and I've learned so much. When I started grad school, I thought my only option was a post-doc and now I know much more about myself and what I want. So, thank you again!
