    Overview

The Weill Cornell Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC) Education Program is open to members of Weill-Cornell partner institutions.* The program is designed to provide staff and trainees—Medical Doctors (MDs), MD/PhDs, Senior Residents, Fellows, Nurses, Veterinarians (DVM), Osteopaths (DO), Dentists (DDS, DMD), Physical Therapists (DPT), medical students and graduate students—training in the skills needed to bridge the space between basic science discoveries and clinical applications. Our students learn translational research through a didactic curriculum and a mentored research practicum to enable them to pursue long-term clinical /translational research careers.

We invite you to learn more about the programs, the professional qualifications for entry, and the application process by visiting the Clinical & Translational Science Center's website.

The Advanced Certificate in Clinical Translational Investigation is a one-year program consisting of a multidisciplinary core competency-based curriculum (a total of 12 courses, 22 course credits).

    Non-Degree Programs

    |

CTEP offers the Career Enhancement (CE) track to provide an entry way for individuals to enroll as a non-degree student, who may not be ready to apply to, or have the necessary time commitment to enroll in the Advanced Certificate or Master’s degree programs.

The Clinical Research Methodology Curriculum (CRMC) is a one-year clinical research methodology for investigators with clinical research experience seeking to obtain up-to-date knowledge in the field of clinical research.

The Mentored Clinical Research Training Program (MCRTP) offers junior physicians at Weill Cornell and Houston Methodist a fast-track program to acquire the skillset to develop a clinical research project proposal and embark on a clinical research career pathway.

CTEP offers a multitude of skills acquisition courses, seminars and workshops throughout the year designed to enhance translational research careers at any level. Visit our website to learn more.
