Dr. Du is a cancer epidemiologist focused on reducing the global burden of endometrial, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers, particularly in populations who face the poorest outcomes. She studies cancer genomics, risk factors, and early detection in international consortia, including the Epidemiology of Endometrial Cancer Consortium and African Research Group for Oncology. She also leads the Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Pancreatic Tumor Registry. Her work is supported by NIH and philanthropic funding. She serves as Associate Editor for Cancer Causes & Control.
Committed to education and mentorship, Dr. Du directs MSK’s Quantitative Sciences Undergraduate Research Experience. She also directs WCM's TL1 Predoctoral Training Core and teaches Foundations of Epidemiology in the Clinical and Translational Science Center.
